Trying to work out my registration budget for an agricultural parcel and everything I read online seems to talk about plotted or residential guideline value examples, not agricultural. Wondering if the process to check it is actually any different for pure agricultural land.
Same portal, same principle, IGRS AP will have a guideline value for agricultural land in that survey number too, it's just categorized differently from residential/commercial rates. Pull it for your exact village and survey number rather than assuming a flat district-wide figure.
and remember it's charged on whichever is higher, the guideline value or your actual consideration, so don't assume the lower agricultural-looking number automatically applies if your deal value is above it.
