Ready-to-use commercial space in Vijayawada vs building from scratch — what's the real difference

Trying to decide between a fitted-out space that's ready to rent out immediately versus buying bare shell and doing it up myself. The ready one is obviously more convenient but I keep wondering if I'm paying for someone else's choices in flooring, electrical layout etc that I might just end up redoing anyway.

Went through this exact dilemma. Took the ready one in the end mainly because getting a tenant in faster mattered more to us than saving on fit-out. If your use case is very specific though, bare shell gives you control.

One thing people forget — check the electrical sanctioned load on the ready space. If it was fitted for a small retail shop and you want something power heavy, you'll be redoing that anyway.
