Carry originals of every document plus photocopies, PAN, ID proof, photos of both parties and witnesses. There's usually a wait for your token even with an appointment booked online, so don't plan anything tight right after. They'll verify the documents, take biometrics and photographs, and the registered copy comes back to you after processing, not the same hour.
pull the EC for the property yourself before the registration date too, don't just trust the seller's copy, get your own recent one through registration.ap.gov.in or at the SRO
also confirm the guideline value applicable to that survey number in advance, the office will apply whichever is higher between that and your agreed consideration, better to know before you're standing there
