Comparing a plot near Auto Nagar with something a bit further out that's cheaper per the broker's pitch, but I haven't been to that second spot myself yet. For anyone who's actually set up or bought there recently — has road access and power availability improved much, or is it still a wait-and-watch situation further out?
Auto Nagar area is established, you know what you're getting. Further out plots can work out but do your own site visit, don't rely on the broker's description of road access — walk the actual approach road yourself if you can.
power feasibility is the one thing that trips people up in the newer belts, get written confirmation from the electricity department on load availability before committing, verbal assurance from the seller isn't enough
