Gudavalli comes up in a few listings but I don't have a good sense of how developed it actually is compared to more established parts near Vijayawada. Anyone with recent ground experience there, even just a site-visit impression, would help.
Went to look at a plot there recently, some pockets have decent approach roads and basic utilities, others are still fairly raw. Wouldn't generalise for the whole area, ask specifically about the exact survey number and layout you're considering rather than the neighbourhood as a whole. Same diligence checklist applies regardless — layout approval, EC through registration.ap.gov.in, and confirming water/drainage on the ground.
