For a residential plan I'd weigh it less than agents suggest — flight noise and approach patterns matter more day to day than the proximity headline. Focus on the basics instead: is the layout approved, is the road actually motorable in monsoon, water and drainage situation, and how far you actually are from schools and a hospital for daily life, not just the airport.
Agree, checked a couple of plots there and the noise angle under the flight path was more noticeable than I expected on a site visit.
