Ramavarappadu keeps getting pitched to me specifically because of the junction, agents love pointing at connectivity. I want a more grounded view before I get swept up in the pitch — does junction proximity actually translate to anything meaningful for a long-term plot buyer?
Connectivity genuinely does help commercial and rental use over time, junction areas tend to get footfall that quieter interior plots don't. But that also means more traffic noise and sometimes tighter parking if you ever build. For a pure long hold, I'd still weigh layout approval and title clarity heavier than the junction story alone — connectivity without clean paperwork doesn't help you when it's time to sell.
Also check if any road-widening is planned right at the junction, that can eat into frontage on plots close to it.
