Kanuru plots — closer to the city core, does that change what I should prioritise checking?

Kanuru feels closer in to the main city compared to some of the other areas I've been looking at. Does being closer to the core change what matters most in diligence, or is it the same checklist wherever the plot happens to be around Vijayawada?

Checklist itself doesn't change, but closer-in areas tend to have a longer, messier ownership history simply because the land's changed hands more times over the decades. So pull a longer EC than you might for a fresh peripheral layout, and pay extra attention to the link documents and mother deed tracing ownership back properly.

Agree, closer-in also usually means smaller plot sizes on offer and more subdivision over time, worth confirming the current boundaries physically match what's on the deed.
