Been going back and forth between an agri parcel and a formed layout plot, both near Nunna. Leaning towards the plot for simplicity but want to hear from anyone who's actually gone that route in this specific area, not agri, what their experience was like.
Went with a layout plot in that general belt, simpler in the sense that conversion isn't a question you need to chase, since the underlying land's already meant for residential use if the layout's genuinely approved. Still did the same checks though — LP-type approval status with the authority, EC, and a physical visit to confirm the plot boundary matches the sanctioned plan, not just trusting the marker stones on site.
Marker-stone point is real, ask for a fresh survey confirmation before you finalise, not just an old one from the brochure.
