Tadigadapa is on my shortlist mainly because a colleague mentioned it in passing. Haven't found much recent firsthand experience on it here though. If anyone's gone through an actual purchase in this area recently, even a rough account of what came up during diligence would help.
Closed on a plot there recently. Nothing unusual honestly, same checklist worked fine — confirmed layout approval status with the local authority, pulled EC through registration.ap.gov.in for the full chain, and did a proper site visit before signing anything. The one thing that took longer than expected was tracking down one of the earlier link documents, the seller's side had to dig through old family paperwork for it.
Good to hear a straightforward account for once. How long did the whole process end up taking roughly, start to registration?
Took longer than I expected mainly because of that document search, patience helped more than anything else.
