A private developer near Vizag is selling plots inside what they're calling an industrial park layout. Not sure if this specific kind of project needs RERA registration at all, but want to at least check the developer independently rather than only going by what they tell me. How do I verify this on the AP side?
Check rera.ap.gov.in regardless of whether you're sure it's mandatory for this specific project type — look the project up under the registered projects list and match the promoter's name, the registration number and its validity dates, the layout and plan documents they've uploaded, and the declared completion date if one is listed. If it doesn't show up as registered at all, ask the developer directly why, rather than assuming it's exempt. Whether this particular project structure legally requires registration is a specific question worth putting to the developer or a professional directly rather than guessing here.
