What happens on the day when registering an industrial plot at a Vizag sub-registrar office?

Finalising an industrial plot near Vizag for a small unit and this is my first registration ever. Want to know the actual sequence at the sub-registrar's office on the day so I'm not standing there confused — what do I carry, what happens in what order?

Sequence is fairly standard: the document gets prepared and the stamp duty and registration fee are paid against it beforehand, then at the SRO both parties along with witnesses go through photo and biometric capture, the sub-registrar verifies identity against the documents presented, the deed is read or shown to both sides for confirmation, then it's signed and taken up for registration. You'll typically get the registered document back same day or after a short wait for the certified copy. Carry your original ID proofs, the deed copies, and proof of the duty payment yourself — don't depend entirely on whoever's handling the paperwork for you.

Confirm the correct SRO jurisdiction for that survey number ahead of time too — Vizag has multiple sub-registrar offices and the wrong one means rescheduling.

Will confirm jurisdiction first thing tomorrow.
