Is Madhurawada already 'priced in' at this point, or is there still room given how much everyone talks about it?

Everyone I talk to already has strong opinions on Madhurawada, which makes me wonder if I'm arriving late to something that's already played out. Not asking for a number, just want to know what ground signals people actually watch to judge whether a corridor still has room or whether you're just paying for the finished story at this point.

Hard to call definitively from outside, but the ground indicator I'd actually track is the gap between what infrastructure was promised — roads, drainage, the institutional campuses everyone cites — and what's actually complete on site today. If most of it is still on paper, there's usually still room. If it's all delivered and functioning already, you're paying for a finished story rather than a developing one.

Good way to frame it, going to actually go check what's built versus what's still promised before I decide.

Whatever corridor you land on, keep the same title and approval diligence rigor as anywhere else, a hyped area doesn't earn you a shortcut there.

I'd personally rather buy on fundamentals, access, water, clean approvals, than on a corridor's reputation either way.
