Kurmannapalem plots near the highway — is the warehousing talk actually translating into growth?

There's a lot of chatter about warehousing and logistics activity picking up near Kurmannapalem because of the highway access. Considering a plot there but want to understand if that's a genuinely different growth story from a purely residential pocket, or if I'm overthinking it.

It is a genuinely different story. Highway proximity there is pulling logistics and warehousing interest, which behaves differently from a residential-demand-driven area. Be clear with yourself on why you're buying — rental or industrial-adjacent use versus wanting to eventually live there — before you compare it directly to a purely residential pocket, because the drivers aren't the same.

Agree, worth being honest with yourself about the purpose upfront.

How bad is the highway noise if you're actually thinking of living there eventually?

Depends a lot on how far back the plot is set from the road, worth checking that in person rather than going by distance on a map.
