A relative mentioned plots opening up in Dorathota but I can't find much discussion or information about the area anywhere. Before I plan a visit, does anyone here actually know the area or have first-hand experience there?
Since there's so little written about it, I'd start with the basics before anything else — pull the survey number against the Meebhoomi record and confirm the classification, don't assume it's a ready residential plot just because someone's calling it one. If it's still agri land, that changes the whole conversation.
Because there isn't much online, physically go and talk to people already living nearby about water supply and the actual road condition. That kind of thing rarely makes it into any listing.
