Been hearing more about Madikonda lately, mostly tied to IIT Warangal being close by. Curious what people who actually track that stretch are seeing on the ground — traffic, roads, general development — rather than a resale pitch.
The IIT campus is the anchor everyone mentions, no question, but what's actually changed physically is more small colleges, PG accommodation, and a few commercial stretches coming up along that road. Whether that continues depends on the actual road widening keeping pace and water connections extending out that far — those two lag the interest in most growth corridors, not just this one.
Agree, I'd go look at the plot in person during monsoon if you can, tells you more about drainage than any brochure.
