I'm looking beyond Warangal town itself, at a couple of mandals further out in the district. Wondering if the whole EC/ROR verification process is uniform across mandals or if smaller villages have their own quirks that trip people up.
The portals are the same statewide — Bhu Bharati for the ROR-1B and pattadar passbook, registration.telangana.gov.in for the encumbrance search. What varies mandal to mandal is how quickly the local revenue office responds if there's a mismatch or a mutation pending, and how digitised the older records are. Older village survey numbers occasionally have discrepancies between the paper record and what's uploaded online — that's when you actually need to visit the mandal revenue office in person, not just rely on the portal.
This matches my experience, one mandal office was quick, another took several visits for the same kind of query.
