Good that you paused. Classic pattern — vague survey number, refusal to do a video call or site visit before payment, pressure to pay 'to hold it'. No genuine seller needs a stranger's UPI transfer before they've even shown proper documents. Always insist on the survey number, mandal, village first, and pull your own EC before any money changes hands, regardless of how the listing was found.
Also worth remembering the photos on these listings are sometimes of a completely different, better plot. Match what you see on ground to the actual survey number, not the picture.
Had almost the same experience with a 'plot' listing that turned out to be raw agricultural land when I visited, nothing like the photos.
