Is Hanamkonda genuinely a different market from Warangal town, or basically the same twin-city area?

Comparing plots in Hanamkonda against ones closer to Warangal town proper. Some brokers treat them as completely separate markets, others say it doesn't matter since it's all one twin city now. What's the actual on-ground difference people notice?

They're administratively joined as the twin city but the character still differs pocket to pocket — some Hanamkonda stretches are denser and more commercial already, others are still fairly open. I wouldn't treat 'Hanamkonda' as one uniform answer any more than 'Warangal' is. Walk the specific stretch, look at what's actually built around it right now, not the broader label.

Agree, the label matters less than checking road access and whether municipal water has actually reached that specific street.
