Broker says the plot is a 'KUDA approved' layout — how do I actually confirm that instead of trusting the board?

Looking at an open plot in a layout near Warangal that's being sold as KUDA approved. There's a permission number printed on the brochure but I have no idea how to independently verify it before I take the claim seriously.

Same principle as the LP-number checks people do for HMDA layouts near Hyderabad — don't verify against the board on site, verify the layout permission number against KUDA's own approved-layouts records, and get the sanctioned layout plan copy so you can actually find your specific plot number marked on it, not just the block name the broker points at. Also confirm the survey numbers in that sanctioned plan match what's on your sale documents.

Also make sure the plot isn't sitting on the layout's earmarked open space or a road-widening portion. Happens more than people expect in unapproved or half-approved layouts passed off as complete.

This happened to a colleague, the number on the board simply didn't match anything on record.
