Layout in Madikonda claims to be fully approved — what's the actual verification sequence before I believe it?

There's a layout coming up in Madikonda being marketed as fully approved with a permission number on the brochure. Given how much interest that area is getting because of IIT Warangal, want to actually verify this properly rather than assume the demand means it's legitimate.

High demand in an area is exactly when more half-approved or fully unapproved layouts show up marketed alongside genuine ones, so don't let demand substitute for verification. Get the layout permission number checked against the local approving authority's own list, insist on the sanctioned layout plan with your plot number marked, and confirm the survey numbers on that plan match your sale agreement. Do this before booking, not after paying a token amount.

Also worth checking whether any plots in that layout remain mortgaged to the authority pending infrastructure completion, that detail doesn't always make it into the brochure.

Did this for a layout nearby, the survey numbers on the sanctioned plan didn't fully match what was in the brochure map. Worth the trouble to check.
