Scam pattern to watch for on 'OLX Warangal land' listings — the token-advance-before-visit push

Been messaging a few sellers on OLX for land near Warangal and noticed the exact same script twice now: friendly chat, then a sudden push to send a small 'booking token' over UPI before any site visit, with the excuse that 'others are also asking'. Wanted to flag the pattern here for anyone else browsing that route.

This exact script is depressingly common across cities, not just Warangal listings. No advance, ever, before a site visit and document check, full stop. If they won't wait for that, they weren't a serious seller to begin with.

Also worth checking if the same phone number shows up on multiple unrelated listings, a quick search of the number sometimes surfaces that.
