A few listings I'm seeing point specifically to the Mulugu Road stretch out of Warangal. Trying to understand what's genuinely changed along that corridor versus it just being a well-known road name that gets attached to every listing.
It's a real arterial road so connectivity is genuinely there, that part isn't hype. Whether a specific parcel along it is actually good depends entirely on how far off the main road it sits and whether the internal approach lane is maintained — plenty of 'Mulugu Road' listings are actually a fair distance off the road itself down an unmade lane. Ask exactly how many metres off the main road and go check that stretch specifically.
This. The road name in the listing title tells you almost nothing about the actual plot location.
